However, the content is provided for general information about my practice and counselling services and should not be treated as individual therapeutic, psychological, medical or other professional advice. Reading this website or contacting me through it does not, by itself, create a therapist-client relationship. A therapeutic relationship begins only when we have agreed to work together, and the arrangements for counselling have been established.
Counselling services:
Information about counselling services, session formats, fees and availability may be provided on this website. Where you become a client, our therapeutic work will be governed by a separate client agreement, which sets out the terms of counselling in greater detail, including matters such as confidentiality, appointments, fees, cancellations and communication between sessions. If there is any inconsistency between these website Terms & Conditions and the client agreement in relation to counselling services, the client agreement will take precedence.
Enquiries and availability:
Submitting an enquiry through the website does not guarantee that I will be able to offer you counselling. Whether we decide to work together will depend on factors including availability, whether the service I offer is appropriate for your needs, and whether we both feel that working together would be suitable. I aim to respond to enquiries within a reasonable period, but I cannot guarantee an immediate response. Please avoid including detailed or highly sensitive personal information in the website contact form. If we arrange an introductory call, there will be an opportunity to discuss your circumstances more privately. Information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with the Form & Ground Privacy Notice.
Urgent and emergency support:
Form & Ground is not an emergency or crisis service, and the website and contact form are not monitored continuously. If you require urgent medical or mental health assistance, please contact an appropriate emergency, crisis or healthcare service rather than relying on this website or waiting for a response to an enquiry.
